I am a Russian born artist based in London. I am mostly self-taught via short courses, masterclasses and such. Oil pastel has become my medium of choice – I like it for its versatility, easiness of use and ability to be taken anywhere!
I do not have any particular subject but instead work on a variety of themes – from portrait to landscape to cityscape to still life. I see subjects to paint wherever I go and sometimes it is an inconvenience rather than a blessing!
